D.I.Y (Do It Yourself)

Assalamualaikum beautiful, do you recognize something? yes my hijab.. I did something to my Cotton Cloth Pashmina.. I found it easier to apply and to wear.. well, at least I have 1 CCP with different shape.. hehe.. Here I'll share you how to do it yourself, so easy! Lets called this handcraft as "CCP Polem" yeah right..

Train and His Sweater

Assalamualaikum Beautiful,

I got a quite long day today.. well, actually long on the road (lama dijalan bokk).. I went to the airport to pay ticket reservation for tomorrow's flight to Jakarta.. and the airport it quite far from where we live.. But for me, long day is just another quality time with my hubby.. we had a great conversation on the bus along the way.. it was great.. and I wore his sweater today.. comfy.. :)

Safari Look

I had such a great and beautiful day yesterday.. I went out with my hubby whole day.. It was really nice knowing that I can spent most of my time with him, as in quality time ya.. Because recently he had been busy with his college assignments which makes us can't mingle in a quality manner. So when yesterday he asked me to went out with him, I'm soooo happy.. We went to Putra Jaya and Shah Alam.. what a long day but really fun! Somehow yesterday trip reminding us of our girlfriend-boyfriend time.. hehehe.. Its good to have quality time with your partner, its like charging your relationship to the fullest! Love love love..

And do you remember my post about how I adore gray color? well I guess I'm switching now, now I really adore khaki color.. Everytime I buy new clothes, somehow I always but khaki color.. especially cardigan or jacket.. until I realized, wow..this khaki color is something.. Khaki all over.. hehehehe.. And yesterday this color dominated my look, its like safari girl look yaaa..

Food Recipes

Assalamualaikum Beautiful,

I'd like to share my food recipes, they are "Chicken Mushroom Mozarella" and "Penne Schotel in Double Pan". Due to avoid mis-perception regarding cooking step, I'll convey the recipe in Bahasa okay..

Chicken Mushroom Mozarella

Bahan-Bahan:

- Dada ayam fillet (tanpa kulit), pipihkan sedikit

- Keju Mozarella 

- Butter

Campuran tepung: 

- Tepung terigu 100gr

- Tepung maizena 1 sdm

- Keju parmesan 2 sdm

- Parsley/ Seledri 1 sdt (cincang halus)

- Daun Bawang 1 sdt (cincang halus)

- Daun Oregano 1sdt (cincang halus)

- Garam secukupnya

- Merica halus secukupnya sesuai selera

Tumisan Jamur:

- Jamur coklat 4 bh (potong-potong)

- Bawang putih 3 butir, geprek lalu cincang

- Paprika merah, potong dadu

Cara memasak: 

I. Tumis jamur

1. Panaskan minyak secukupnya di wajan, kemudian masukkan bawang putih masak hingga harum

2. Masukkan jamur dan paprika, masak hingga matang lalu tambahkan garam, gula dan merica sesuai selera

II. Memasak ayam

1. Campurkan semua bahan baluran tepung yang ada diatas, aduk rata

2. Siapkan ayam fillet yang sudah agak pipih kemudian balurkan kedalam tepung yang sudah di siapkan tadi

3. Setelah tepung menyelimuti ayam dengan merata, sisihkan sebentar

4. Panaskan sedikit minyak diwajan tahan panas

5. Masukkan ayam yang telah dibaluri tepung ke dalam wajan, tunggu 3 menit sampai 1 sisinya matang kemudian balik

6. Setelah dibalik, masukkan butter kedalam wajan hingga mengenai ayam yg sedang dimasak

7. Setelah matang, angkat tiriskan minyak berlebih lalu letakan dipiring saji

III. Penyajian

1. Letakan ayam yang sudah digoreng di atas piring saji

2. Siramkan jamur dan paprika yang sudah ditumis diatas ayam

3. Taburkan keju mozarella parut diatasnya

4. Masukkan kedalam microwave dengan temperature Med-High selama kurang lebih 5 menit

5. Sajikan bersama sayuran kegemaran kamu, karena sayur penting lhooo..

5. Siap makan selagi panas dan keju masih meleleh.. yuummmm..

Penne Schotel in Double Pan

Sebenarnya kenapa "in double pan"? karena dirumah gak ada wadah tahan panas yang bisa dipakai untuk manggang si penne ini.. hehehe.. yang ada cuma double pan yang iklannya sering di TV itu lhooo.. yuk mari simak resepnya

Bahan-bahan:

- Pasta makaroni/ penne (biasanya sih makaroni ya, tapi berhubung adanya penne, ya pake penne ajah), rebus hingga al dente (kenyal dan tidak lembek)

- Daging asap/ ayam potong dadu/ kornet 

- Keju cheddar parut

- Susu putih full cream

- Bawang bombay & Bawang Putih (tumis terlebih dahulu)

- Garam

- Lada

- Kaldu sapi bungkusan 1 

-Wortel, potong dadu lalu rebus

-  Telur 2 butir (kocok lepas)

Cara membuat:

1. Campurkan semua bahan yang ada diatas, sambil dicicipi apakah rasanya sudah pas atau belum

2. Sambil dicicipi, sambil tambahkan garam dan lada halus

3. Masukkan bahan yang sudah dicampur kedalam double pan, oiya selagi memasak sambil mengukur juga ya kemampuan tampung si double pan ini

4. Tutup double pan dan tunggu sampai makaroni matang, kurang lebih 20 menit

5. Cara mengecek apakah sudah matang atau belum, tusuk bagian tengah makaroni schotel menggunakan garpu, dan apabila makaroni sudah tidak menempel-nempel pada garpu, tandanya sudah matang dan siap saji

6. Tunggu hingga makaroni tidak terlalu panas agar lebih kuat untuk diangkat, kemudian pindahkan ke wadah lain.

7. Potong sesuai selera dan sajikan deh..

"Mari Berhijab" Movement

Assalamualaikum Beautiful,

Have you ever heard about #mariberhijab movement? its a movement that intended to help unfortunate muslimah who have strong intention to wear hijab and #mariberhijab try to help by providing starter kit and clothing for them. Not only that, they also try to provide muslimah uniform for unfortunate student.

As a start, they collected stories from muslimah who want to share their experience regarding their hijab journey in order to inspire other muslimah whose happened to (maybe) still hesitated of wearing hijab. And I've already shared mine. You can also to participate by sending not only story, but also artworks or poetry that related to hijab to: mariberhijab@gmail.com.
