Slurpee Red Shrimp


Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 to 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled
  • 2 red hot chili pepper (cabe rawit merah), slice
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 1 lemongrass (crushed)
  • a slice of ginger (crushed)
  • Bottled chili sauce
  • oil
  • salt
  • sugar
Blend:
  • 2 medium garlic
  • 4 red onion
  • 4 to 5 red chili
How to cook:
  1. Saute the blended ingredients together with ginger, sliced hot chili pepper, lemongrass and lime leaves. Stir it until it smells great and well cooked
  2. Add bottled chili sauce, salt, and little bit water to taste
  3. Add shrimp to the saute ingredients and stir it until the shrimp well done. It takes about 5 - 7 minutes. 
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and serve immediately with warm steamed rice
  5. Enjoy!
